Trip Submission Guidelines

for 2003-4

According to board policies and district regulations, trips must be requested an approved prior to the date of the trip.  Unless there is an unusual or emergency circumstance, the school will not grant approval for field trips unless they are in the time frame given below. Poor planning will not be considered an emergency.

Teachers or sponsors should not discuss even the possibility of a trip with students until all approvals have been granted.
