Your student is in danger of failing

His/her average is as of the date of this letter.

 

Some of the reasons for this low grade are, but not limited to, the following:

1. Did not make up work from an absence or absences. (Makeup work must be completed with in five (5) days or at the convenience under the rules of the teacher.)

  3. Has poor grades on tests and/or major projects.
  4. Is inattentive or tries to sleep in class.
  5. Does not behave in class and is a discipline problem.
  6. Cheating
  7. Excessive talking
  8. Did not turn in assignments on time.
  9. Wastes time in class.
  10. Does not study for tests.
  11. Work is done carelessly. (Fails to follow directions or tries to complete work moments before it is due.)
