Soliciting Advertisements or Monies

1. The Spartanburg County superintendents have developed a county wide policy on the solicitation of advertisements and funds from businesses or industries. A letter of approval and explanation will need to be obtained from the principal before anyone seeks monies relating to any or all extracurricular activities.

2. Recently, we have had people soliciting funds in the name of the school. Please advise your students, parents, and supporters that they should ask for a letter approving the activity before buying or donating any funds.
