Fundraising

 

  1. The principal must approve all fundraising efforts.  If you have a booster organization their fundraising ideas should be approved as well.  Remember, you are responsible for your booster organizations.  Fundraising forms are included in this handbook. 

 

  1. Only school-related fund raising may be conducted on the campus.

 

  1. The activity must be approved and placed on the calendar before any merchandise can be ordered.

 

  1. Only companies that will accept return of unsold merchandise will be allowed to service Boiling Springs High School student activities.

 

  1. Student participation in fundraisers is strictly voluntary.  Grades should not be used as an incentive for a student to aid in a fund raising activity.

 

  1. All fundraisers should operate on cash only, up front basis.  Checks will be accepted but should be discouraged. 

 

  1. There will be no sale of any gum or gum containing items.

 

  1. Door-to-door fund raisers are not allowed.

 

  1. Candy and food sales should be limited to the area around the cafeteria during lunch periods.
