Category I	School groups	1st priority	*No fees charged
Category II	School related groups priority	2^nd priority	Adjusted rate-set by the superintendent and the principal
	(Example: PTA and boosters)
	*Fees charged if the event/function is held at another school within the district.
Category III	Recognized and approved community/civic groups	3rd priority	See fee schedule

The following conditions will apply.

• Not rented to individuals, families or profit making organizations or for private use.

· Must be cleared and approved by the principal and superintendent; request form must be submitted.

· Deposit required (one half of the facility charge); remainder of charge (s) will be billed by the school.

• No modifications can be made to existing facilities (example: no nailing into stage floor and walls).
• The administrator of the host school will have the responsibility of checking the facility prior to any event and immediately following the event to make sure that there were no damages incurred.
• Group using the facility is responsible for any damages incurred.
• Group using the facility must provide adequate supervision.
• Group using the facility must adhere to food/drink guidelines established by the school administration.
• Clean up will be the responsibility of the group that uses the facility, not the host school.
